Position Title :  Customer Fulfillment Specialist

Working location: Chung-Shan City Guang-Dong China. opening for 12 person.
Responsibilities:  
   Verify Purchase Orders from Business Partners
   Administer ordering and perform backlog management
   Manage scheduling, inventory and arrange delivery
   Trigger billing and perform billing determination
   Handle customer inquiries
   Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment process and ensure audit readiness
   Resolve fulfillment related problems and provide fulfillment support to customer and Business Partners
 
Requirements:
    University graduate with 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
    Working knowledge of computers
    Good English ability
    Good communication & interpersonal skills
    Complete staff work skills - attention to details, resolving problems to closure, follow through on commitments
    Ability to take initiative and work independently
    Problem solving / analytical
    Ability to prioritize work
    Good team player
    Able to work under pressure
    Willing to work overtime if required
